1) Admission / Registration Fee
Admission / registration fee (if charged) is generally non-refundable, as it covers onboarding, materials setup, and seat allocation.
2) Monthly Fees
Monthly fees are payable in advance. If a student discontinues mid-month, fees for that month are typically not refunded.
3) Batch Change / Rescheduling
We try our best to adjust batches based on availability. Missed classes may be compensated via a backup class or extra practice session when possible.
4) Cancellation Requests
For any cancellation, please contact us in writing (email/WhatsApp) with student name, class, and reason.
5) Exceptional Cases
Refund decisions in exceptional situations (medical, relocation, etc.) are at the discretion of the institute management.
